We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, please:

  • Our team will respond with instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Note: Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


⌛ Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


♻️ Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

💥 Faulty or Damaged Items

Please include:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
